Surgical extraction Crestal realesing incision, distal incision, falb elevation, bone removal then tooth separation and finally tooth delivery. after surgery i irrigate the socket, control bleeding , then suture and give instructions and medications

After 10 days patient came to remove the stitch and the socket almost heal.
