The following treatment options were discussed with the patient: • Implant-supported crown (ideal treatment). • Resin-bonded bridge (Maryland bridge). • Removable partial denture. • Conventional fixed-fixed bridge. Patient refused implant therapy due to financial/personal reasons and requested a fixed prosthetic solution.
