A 5-year-old child presented with multiple carious lesions, severely decayed primary molars, and fractured maxillary primary incisors, leading to compromised esthetics and masticatory function.
* Comprehensive clinical and radiographic examination with behavior management. * Caries removal and restoration of restorable teeth. * Placement of Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs) on severely decayed primary molars after pulp therapy where indicated. * Esthetic restoration of the maxillary primary incisors using anterior esthetic crowns to restore appearance and function. * Occlusion was checked, followed by oral hygiene instructions and dietary counseling for the parents.
The child regained proper chewing function with a significant improvement in smile esthetics. The parents were highly satisfied with the final result, and the child left the clinic comfortable and confident.
