The pt came with pain under amalgam restoration which was directly at the pulp and another colleague remove the amalgam then came to me with the exposure
I complete the removal of the caries under the amalgam then complete the access cavity The 2 MB canals were very narrow and curved so I take it step by step to widen them with patency file 6,8,10 till I can use the rotary files start with gliden path and complete cleaning& shaping
The pt was very satisfied and thank me for my great effort
She connected with me after 1 month and tell me that the pain disappeared
