Patient presented with Stage III Grade C periodontitis with multiple deep pockets and bone loss. Comprehensive non-surgical and surgical treatment over 6 months.
1. Full-mouth debridement ×2 2. Re-evaluation at 8 weeks 3. Quadrant osseous surgery ×4 4. SPT every 3 months
All pockets reduced to ≤4mm. Bone levels stable at 12-month review. Patient on 3-monthly SPT with excellent compliance.
