75 upper + 68 lower aligners. SmartForce attachments on all posterior teeth. Precision cuts for Class II elastics. Aligner changes every 7 days. IPR lower anteriors 0.3mm.
Class I canine and molar relationship achieved. Overjet reduced from 6mm to 1.5mm. Overbite normalized. Patient extremely satisfied.
