CBCT-guided canal location, ultrasonic troughing under dental operating microscope, ProTaper Gold rotary instrumentation, warm vertical compaction with MTA apical plug
All 4 canals successfully located, shaped, and obturated. Periapical lesion healing confirmed at 6-month follow-up CBCT. Tooth retained.
